A complimentary consultation is a private, dedicated appointment — just you and one of our designers, focused entirely on your room. There is no browsing, no interruptions, and no pressure to look at product until we have established a clear direction for your space.
None. The session has value on its own and you are welcome to take the plan we build together and act on it in your own time. Most clients find they are ready to move forward — but that decision is entirely yours.

Yes. We work with independent designers regularly and offer a trade discount with valid credentials. Your designer is welcome to attend the session or we can brief them on the direction afterward.
